Customer Care Specialists

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service through inbound and outbound communications. Your role is to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include a combination of the following:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs, resolve issues, and provide support.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and accurate information.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and deliver high-quality service consistently.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction ratings, and call handling efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
